a. Cancellation by Customer

  • Orders can be canceled only before dispatch.
  • Once the order is shipped, we will not be able to cancel or modify it.

b. Cancellation by Lallayile

We reserve the right to cancel an order due to circumstances such as:

  • Errors in pricing or product information
  • Issues with payment confirmation
  • Suspicious or high-risk transactions
  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery details

Any amount paid will be refunded promptly to the original payment method.


2. Refund & Replacement Policy

4. Refund Processing Time

  • Once approved, refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
  • Processing may take 5–7 business days, depending on your bank/payment provider.
  • Replacements will be shipped at no extra cost.

5. No-Show / Delivery Failure

If the courier marks a package as:

  • Undelivered
  • Customer unreachable
  • Address incorrect

…the order will be considered unsuccessful.
In such cases, no refund will be issued, but the customer may reorder after verifying correct details.
