Savor the earthy richness of our Homemade Nuvvula Karam (Sesame Seed Spice Powder). This traditional podi is made primarily from white or black Sesame Seeds (Nuvvulu), which are dry-roasted until fragrant, then ground with roasted lentils, dried red chilies, cumin, and rock salt. The sesame seeds impart a wonderful nutty depth and are known for their high calcium and protein content. This karam has a beautiful coarse texture and a deep, savory aroma that is incredibly satisfying. Like all our products, it’s made in small batches with genuine ingredients and no artificial preservatives.

Serving Suggestion: Best mixed with hot steamed rice and a small amount of ghee or oil, where its nutty flavor truly shines. It can also be sprinkled over plain yogurt, salads, or used as a dry rub for vegetables.
